Conference registration hours

Friendly faces and helpful info, all day long!

We’re looking forward to seeing you in Louisville! If you haven't registered yet, you can easily do so on-site. NIRSA registration and the host committee table are located at the Kentucky International Convention Center, 221 Fourth Street, in front of Exhibit Hall 2D (Level 2). Registration and host table hours are as follows:

  • Monday, April 3 – 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Tuesday, April 4 – 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Wednesday, April 5 – 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Thursday, April 6 – 7:00 am – 6:30 pm
  • Friday, April 7 – 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • Saturday, April 8 – 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
