All professional and student members of NIRSA will soon be receiving a copy of the NIRSA Education & Publication Center (NEPC) 2006-07 Publication Catalog in the mail. Keep this catalog as a handy reference for materials to purchase throughout the year. Order easily online anytime!

Institutional Members, don’t forget you are eligible for a 15% discount on most products purchased through the NEPC! Data from Human Kinetics shows that many Institutional Members have not been taking advantage of this discount. Just enter your Institutional Member code when ordering to have the discount applied. This code can be found on the front page of the Members Only section of the NIRSA website. 

It’s time to place your orders for the 2006-07 Sports Officials’ Education materials! Many kits include new DVDs, which can also be purchased separately.

• Clinician Kits for Soccer and Volleyball will be available in mid-August.

•  New to the Flag Football Kit I is NIRSA Flag Football Officials’ Training DVD: Rules, Penalty Enforcement and Mechanics. This DVD, which combines and updates the three previous NIRSA videos, was filmed in March at the University of Central Florida. Those who order the kit now will receive the DVD separately when it is released in August.
• The 2006-07 Basketball Kits will be available in mid-October. They include the newly released NIRSA Basketball Officials’ Training DVD.
• The Softball Kit will be good through 2007, since its rulebook is a two-year publication. The Kit includes the new NIRSA Softball Umpire Mechanics DVD.
