'Tis the season for awards and scholarships

Get recognized! Most award and scholarship deadlines are in December or January

Every year, dozens of NIRSA Members are honored for the superior work they do as part of their job, or in service to the profession and to NIRSA. Awards range from those given for new recreational facilities or effective marketing materials to NIRSA’s highest honor, the Honor Award.

In addition, there are a wealth of scholarship opportunities available for both students and professionals. Although each one is a little different, a typical scholarship will cover the cost of registration for a NIRSA professional development event of the winner’s choosing.

Winners of awards and scholarships alike will be recognized during the 2007 Annual Conference, taking place April 18-21 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and in NIRSA publications.
