NIRSA Collegiate Soccer Sport Club Championships get rolling in Pensacola, Florida
Part of the National Campus Championship Series
The 14th annual NIRSA Collegiate Soccer Sport Club Championships get under way November 15-17 in the warm climate of Pensacola, Florida as part of NIRSA's National Campus Championship Series. University of West Florida Office of Recreation and Sport Services and the Pensacola Sports Association will host an expected 80 teams, nearly 1,400 athletes, for an exciting national event to conclude their fall seasons. The tournament is made up of four divisions — Championship and Open divisions for both men and women.
The national tournament experience is unique for each club, which helps create a dynamic and diverse event. As some clubs are competing in their 14th tournament, others are excited to experience the challenge for the first time. Some clubs have coaches with years of experience, where others are student player-led and have a cohesiveness that strengthens their bond and camaraderie. These exciting differences provide for one event that soccer club athletes will never forget.
