NSC shareholder meeting affirms new appointments to NSC Board of Directors

Patti Bostic, Jay Gilchrist named to Board

On February 19, the NIRSA Services Corporation convened a special meeting of the shareholder to affirm new appointments to the NSC Board of Directors. Patti Bostic (University of Connecticut) and Jay Gilchrist (University of Maryland) will each serve a three-year term, ending in 2011.
